Finding a therapist can be difficult. It can be difficult to find one that you can feel comfortable talking to without judgment or embarrassment. I am a straight forward and goal oriented therapist that has seen and heard it all. Nothing you say will make me see you as anything other than brave for fighting back against those fears. We will work together to achieve YOUR goals whether they are rebuilding trust in a relationship, building more healthy coping skills, or finding your way though the chaos life has thrown at you. I am licensed to practice in Pa and De and I hold certificates in substance abuse and couples/sex therapy.
