I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues stemming from life transitions. I utilize CBT and DBT modalities in session to assist clients in building tangible skills they can use in their healing process. I am additionally trained in EMDR.
