At Empowerment Counseling and Psychotherapy Center, I provide holistic, trauma-informed and traditional therapy to adults (21+) from all walks of life with a special focus on BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, caregivers; survivors of community harm and loss; and those returning home after incarceration. I also work with couples seeking deeper emotional connection and communication.
