That's where I come in. I want to be your go-to person when life gets overwhelming. Think of me as your emotional co-pilot, if you will. I provide a safe, judgement free space where you can hit pause, breathe, and unpack whatever's on your mind. No cookie-cutter advice here-just real, down to earth, conversations and strategies that make sense for YOU. I specialize in mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, trauma and various life challenges. I am trained to practice CBT, DBT, mindfulness, exposure-response prevention therapy, and EMDR. Therapy is not a one size fits all so I tailor skills and techniques to your specific needs.
