About

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a space where a person can explore their inner world with curiosity and openness, and is also free of judgement. Therapy is a place where one can come to understand themself more fully and experience being deeply listened to. Before becoming a clinician, I worked in independent high schools as a theater director and English teacher. I also served as a backcountry trip leader, dorm parent, and advisor. These experiences taught me about the power of story, creativity, and collaboration, all of which I bring into the therapeutic space.
