Thank you so much for your consideration and I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth visits. I specialize in helping those who struggle with problematic drinking and substance use and also those who are suffering due to their loved one’s struggle with addiction. Within this space I work with those suffering from depression, anxiety, and meaning-of-life issues. I also have a coaching background in NCAA athletics and played professional and Division 1 lacrosse. I utilize techniques such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have extensive experience working with couples, families, professionals, athletes, and psychiatric populations. A large body of background work includes those "dually diagnosed" which means someone with both a mental health and co-occurring substance use dilemma.
