I work with children who can’t sit still or whose anger and behaviors feel out of control, adolescents who struggle to see their own worth, weighed down by depression and self-doubt, young adults searching for their place in the world, navigating anxiety about the future and who they want to be, and any and all combinations of the above. I’m a counseling intern who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults. Most of my experience is using CBT to support people dealing with depression, anxiety, and related struggles. I’m also learning play therapy techniques and exploring experiential approaches like outdoor and movement-based therapy.
