I graduated from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2023 with my Master of Arts in Counseling. Since then, I have focused on helping people work through their anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, couples counseling, life changes, and much more. I am a Clinical Trauma Specialist, trained by the Arizona Trauma Institute, Gottman Couples Therapy Method certified, and a Certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator.
