I became a therapist because I love seeing people make positive life change. I believe that if you put your mind to it and work hard, you have the power to create more of what you want in life, and less of what you don't. We all have challenges arise at times that seem daunting on our own. You may be struggling in relationships, having intrusive and recurring thoughts that you can't seem to shake, feeling like anxiety is directing your life instead of you, or you're at one of life's transition points and unsure of the next step.
