You are not alone; life gets heavy sometimes, and therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. I know starting therapy can feel strange, intimidating, or just plain overwhelming. Whether you’re new to it or looking for a better fit, I’m here to help make the process feel a little more comfortable. As someone who’s been in the client seat myself, I can genuinely say that therapy can be life-changing. There is hope, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now, and we can find it together. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and the unique emotional experiences many women face. Come as you are, pajamas, snacks, coffee, or a favorite stuffed animal. My retired service dog Layla loves attention. We’re virtual for now but hope to return to the office soon.
