About
Living can be hard. At times our minds can stir with thoughts we don’t understand, or we find ourselves caught up in fears, frustrations, or disappointments that won’t let go. We may carry shame about parts of our lives, feel disoriented by experiences that don’t make sense, or become unsettled in our relationships with those closest to us. Therapy offers a place where we can make better sense of what troubles us and explore new ways of being. Through that process, many people come to feel a deeper peace, a clearer sense of agency, and a renewed confidence in themselves and their lives. As a therapist, I have worked with people facing the struggles above, as well as life transitions, the weight of past trauma, moments of despair and suicidality, and states of mania and psychosis. I believe in the power of relationships, as life tends to run more smoothly when we feel connected to those we care about.
