My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and collaboration, working alongside clients to identify meaningful goals and develop strategies that support long-term growth. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming space for clients of all identities and life experiences. My training and work experience have included providing therapy to middle school-aged children, teenagers, young adults, and adults in a variety of settings such as schools, college counseling centers, private practices, and residential programs.
