I am a partner at Leek Therapy. A mentor of mine once described therapy as "two people getting to know one person." I think this in many ways encapsulates my understanding of how I hope to work with people. By helping people "meet themselves" with compassion and understanding, people can then make informed decisions about how they want to move forward. I strive to support clients in identifying their desires and values and to move towards living a life aligned with those values. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy as well as Psychodynamic techniques to work alongside clients.
