Although I have worked with people across all ages, demographics, and backgrounds, I specialize in working with people ages 18-45. I offer individual and relationship counseling, and specialize in helping people work through life transitions, relationship issues, concerns with sex, anxiety, depression, and gender and sexuality exploration. I like to work collaboratively with clients to develop and reach their goals in whatever way works best for them. While my approach is rooted in the psychodynamic theory, I like using humor and techniques from the IFS, CBT, ACT, person-centered, and multicultural/feminist theories.
