I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with relationship issues, stress, anxiety, or depression - I am here to help you navigate these complex issues and help you feel less alone in the pursuit of balance. My work is grounded in the concept that the past informs the present and that looking at formative experiences in one’s history can clarify current circumstance. I provide a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where we can be curious together and face the road ahead.
