I work with individuals 18 and older who face a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief and loss, eco-anxiety or grief, workplace or career struggles/transitions, issues with self-esteem, and support with boundary-setting and coping skills. In my experience, therapy works best when the therapeutic relationship is based on a foundation of mutual respect and collaboration, and builds upon your personal strengths and goals.
