I am a good fit for individuals of all ages with OCD, emetophobia (fear of vomiting) & other phobias, illness anxiety, generalized anxiety, and panic. I also specialize in children with “challenging” behaviors; the children whose parents may describe them as “strong willed” or “deeply feeling.” I help parents better understand their child and develop supportive parenting to reduce distress. I support concerns around meltdowns, “explosive” behaviors, and emotional regulation. I am competent in working with ADHD and Autism.
