Accepting new clients for evening/weekend appts! I am an interactive therapist with a passion for working with relational/attachment trauma and postpartum/reproductive mental health. If you've experienced events that have overturned dreams, disrupted relationships, and brought waves of grief, loss, and confusion...whether years in the making or brand new... relational or reproductive trauma can have a huge impact on daily life function and relationships. I am a little irreverent, a lot empathetic, and ready to support clients who want to find, or get back to, their healthiest self. I use evidence based, person centered techniques and psychoeducation in somatic self soothing, polyvagal theory, ICBT, DBT, MCT, and other modalities.
