Our lives are woven with stories, the tales inherited from others and the ones we craft for ourselves...and life happens. Juggling familial duties, changing environments, life or career transitions, the experience of loss, trauma, chronic pain or cultural disconnection challenge our inner narratives, interfering with our ability to mend the threads of our stories and fully express ourselves. In my practice, I assist adult and adolescents in untangling their stories, finding new perspectives/meaning, and actively pursuing their aspirations. I also work with children, helping them develop their own voice/stories, one step at a time.
