I work with adults and couples to explore the life experiences that have brought them to the present moment. I particularly enjoy working with artists and creatives to help uncover deep-rooted issues that prevent sustained contentment in their life and work. Each person comes with their own unique history which shapes how they perceive and respond to the world around them. As an eclectic practitioner, I use a psychodynamic, humanistic, and mindfulness-based approach to help you look back in order to move forward. The goal of our work together is for you to find grounding and fulfillment in your life and relationships.
