I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I received a BS degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. I attended Nova Southeastern University receiving a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have over 15 years experience working as mental health therapist and addiction counselor. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, personality disorders, and ADHD. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and integrative therapy. My style is warm, transparent, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
