With a background in disability counseling and advocacy work, mental health & wellness coaching, yoga and meditation, I possess a strong understanding of the human experience and believe we are all whole and complete just the way we are. I also understand that while we are whole and complete, there are many factors that may prevent us from living the full, authentic, and fulfilling life we all desire.
