I focus on teaching self-healing and self-control techniques that empower youth to develop the emotional skills necessary for a happy and successful life and realize their potential throughout their lifetime. Using the positive power of their imagination, children learn to reduce stress, deal effectively with anger and frustration, reduce stomachaches, headaches, and tics, cope with divorce and death, reduce parental and sibling conflicts, increase concentration, sleep peacefully, and more.
