As a therapist, who has also spent years working through my mental health journey, I am confident you are searching for support for yourself or someone you care about. In my practice, I come alongside you to approach your life using your lived experience and professional training. I work to assist you in narrowing down key symptoms that you feel you have bandwidth to address. I currently see individuals, couples, and families. Where connection was interrupted in these relationships, I have seen healing in those gaps. I intentionally create SAFE space for parents of LGBTQ+ and their kids to help build connection.
