I believe that my role as a therapist is to join with the client in understanding him/her/themself better. I facilitate the journey of self-exploration, believing that change comes through identifying and articulating thoughts and emotions in the process of an interpersonal relationship and more directive strategies if indicated. I have a calm, gentle demeanor that creates a supportive and nurturing setting.
