Hey there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Masters and Doctorate from the University of Hartford and have been practicing for over 7 years. I help children and young adults with their emotions so they can become the best versions of themselves. I have also worked with adults of all ages through different life stages. Through our work together, it is my hope that you can become confident and have a large toolbox of strategies to help you navigate whatever life experiences you encounter. In addition to this, I am a school psychologist. I have significant experience navigating the world of special education, including IEPs and 504s, service hours, and goal writing. I am happy to support kids and parents with their experience with education.
