You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, maybe you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship stress, or trying to make sense of how past experiences still show up in your life. Many people come to therapy hoping for a space where they can be open without needing to explain every detail of their background, and where they can gain clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I have experience supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including immigrant families and communities of color, and I welcome anyone seeking therapy.
