Inspired by her parents’ work as foster care providers, Charmayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She provide compassionate, client-centered therapy, helping clients navigate life’s challenges, substance concerns, and personal growth. Her approach blends empathy, insight, and practical strategies to support healing and resilience. Outside of counseling, she enjoys traveling, cooking, writing, and exploring her faith, bringing a grounded and authentic perspective to her work. In sessions with me, you’ll learn to manage symptoms, build coping skills, set boundaries, and process emotions. I provide holistic support, resources, and guidance to help you gain self-awareness, empowerment, and tools for overall well-being.
