No matter where we are in life or what path we may be on, sometimes we need to be heard – we might even need a little help. If you find yourself searching for purpose or hope, or you want to experience healing or recovery and need a little help along the way, I am a Licensed Counselor who would like to join you on your journey. I love working with others - adolescents, adult individuals, couples and families from all walks of life, believing that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. How we think often influences our emotions and our behavior and often the systems within which we live and work play a role in shaping who we are. My approach to therapy is person centered, focusing on the uniqueness of each individual client and situation.
