My approach is rooted in all the intersections of my own identity as a Black lesbian woman & a Veteran. In my practice I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, women, military/veterans, POC, & couples. Focusing on empowerment, strength, & enlightenment. I practice Integrative therapy, influenced by post-modern feminist therapy, LGBTQ+ Affirmative therapy, Intersectional, & social justice frameworks. I work with adults & teens struggling w/ depression, anxiety, low self esteem, sexual identity, racial identity, trauma, childhood trauma, & stress. I work with couples & any other structures of romantic relationships (Poly/Kink Positive). I work to help clients start their healing journey, become self aware, grow, find self love, and find inner peace.
