Whether someone is dealing with anxiety, depression, or the life circumstances we find ourselves in, my ideal client is one of any age or background that is seeking to improve their situation or circumstances. Their goals can be big or small, as long as they feel like those goals are the right fit for them and want to work towards healthy life changes, that is the ideal client for me. Using a strengths-based, solution-focused mindset, I have primarily worked with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and life transitions. For the pre-teen and teens that I work with, I also offer school-related social and emotional support as well due to my experience as a counselor within the school setting.
