As an intern therapist, I understand that seeking support can be a courageous first step. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I am trained in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) and mindfulness-based somatic emotional processing, and I work collaboratively with clients to gently explore the mind-body connection and promote healing from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
