Does anger, sadness or anxiety get in the way of your relationships, jobs or general happiness? I work with clients to process these feelings and the pain they can cause. We all carry baggage from our childhoods and pasts, worsened by the hardships we endure as adults and from the inevitable trials of daily life, but they do not define who we are. Anger is a common response to these issues but does not have to interfere with our lives. Having worked for over a decade as a first responder, I know first hand how trauma impacts us, especially in our ability to control impulses, frustration and anger. You do not need to suffer alone.
