My ideal clients are women, 18 and older, who tend to appear to others to “have it all together”. They can carry many responsibilities and can achieve a lot, sometimes making it seem easy on the outside. Internally, these women may feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or exhausted. Sometimes they may struggle in their relationship with their own emotions, with their relationship with food or their bodies, or with alcohol. If you may be one of these women, my goal is to provide you with support, to help you be kinder to yourself, and to help you slow down to enjoy the life that you have created.
