Hi, I’m Chastidy Boutin, LCSW. I earned my MSW from Walden University and have spent the past six years providing mental health therapy across county, state, federal, and court-mandated settings. I’ve worked with adults and children across the lifespan, supporting people through complex emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity, and substance/alcohol use. I have specialized experience with military members and veterans, including post-deployment effects, and a strong niche in dysfunctional family systems, particularly those shaped by narcissistic parents. With younger clients, I use play-based approaches to help them process emotions safely and developmentally. I currently provide assessments for ESA animals
