Hello! I work with neurodivergent Millennial and Gen Z women. I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by everyday life, juggling sensory needs, executive functioning, social expectations, and challenges like anxiety, burnout, depression and low self-esteem. These pressures can lead to masking your neurodivergence, which might keep you isolated and unhappy. I also work with complex trauma, utilizing EMDR and Brainspotting to help rectify situations and emotions that can make moving forward and healing difficult.
