I am a firm believer that wellness starts from within. My goal is to help clients become a better version of themselves in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I specialize in working with children, teens and their families. I also provide individual counseling to adults as they navigate through life. I have dedicated my career to working with individuals to help them through the obstacles that they encounter in their lives. I utilize evidence and strength-based approaches with my clients. I also recognize the importance of meeting clients where they are to reach the desired goal.
