I have extensive education and certifications in these areas, including CISM - Critical Incident Stress Management debriefings (2020), and NERPSC - National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Center certification (ongoing). I focus on your strengths and how to further use them to get you to where you want to be. I can also assist with coping skills, problem solving, and understanding how your past might be impacting the present. Sometimes, that includes MOS-related trauma.
