I am committed to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions. I have seen firsthand how hope and self compassion can propel each individual towards deep healing. Sometimes, words just aren’t enough, so I use a variety of interventions, such as art, psychodrama techniques, sandtray, and writing.
