Whether that's a result of being naturally wired as a highly sensitive person, an outgrowth of traumatic experiences, or often a combination of both, people who live life this way often struggle with managing their thoughts, behavior, and relationships. You might also become fearful of feelings and find yourself avoiding and pushing them away.
