I am a Certified Trauma Professional with a specialization in pregnancy and postpartum trauma, including traumatic birth experiences and reproductive losses. In addition to my focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, I also work extensively with individuals healing from a wide range of trauma and PTSD, as well as related concerns such as depression and anxiety. I work exclusively with older adolescents and adults, with a particular interest in supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions. In my current role within a sports performance practice, I bring additional experience supporting athletes who have experienced trauma related to sports, including injuries and the emotional impact of setbacks, transitions, and performance pressures. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care while tailoring my approach to each individ
