I am a licensed psychologist providing adult psychotherapy, couples therapy and sex therapy. I approach therapy from a relational perspective, and enjoy working collaboratively with clients and their strengths to create change. I am particularly interested in working with clients around family of origin issues, trauma and sexual relationships. I work with couples on communication, strengthening relational dynamics and sexual or intimacy concerns. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples to get to the root of issues in relationships. I see clients in person in Portsmouth NH, Arlington MA or virtually in Maine.
