Hi, I'm Chelsea, a Virginia & DC based psychotherapist dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for young adults grappling with anxiety, depression, burnout, impostor syndrome, life/career transitions, self-medication with drugs and alcohol, or challenges creating meaningful relationships. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, specializing in trauma-informed care and the profound ways in which macro-political, environmental, and systemic factors impact mental health.
