Many of my clients are the caretakers, problem-solvers, or emotional and financial anchors in their families or relationships and struggle with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, or major life transitions. I support women navigating identity shifts, burnout, and postpartum challenges, helping them quiet racing thoughts, build emotional regulation skills, and reconnect with themselves.
