I support children, adolescence, and adult women since 2013. My specialties include anxiety, ADHD, family changes, self esteem, relationship stress, behaviors issues, risky behaviors in teens, bullying, trauma, women’s issues, challenges surrounding perinatal and postpartum mental health. I also have extensive experiencing working with children and teens with special needs including Autism, ADHD, OCD and panic disorder. As a wife and mother of two, I personally understand the struggle of setting aside time for yourself and finding balance. I understand that finding the right therapist for your child is important. I collaborate with parents to understand their children and the family’s goals.
