I feel comfortable working with a variety of issues including ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, postpartum, trauma, and substance use disorders to name a few. I also have worked with people of all ages and genders. When I first meet a client, I want to get a game plan together and make sure I can meet them where they're at and help them make progress and meet their goals. If I do not feel comfortable or feel that I can help or work with them, then I will be truthful about it. You are coming to me for help, and if I can't fulfill your needs then there is no need in wasting time. I want you to get the help you need!
