Is choosing a therapist starting to feel like swiping on a dating app? I get it. Finding a therapist is overwhelming. How can you know if someone will be the right fit for you just by reading a bit about them. After all, for most of us, the thought of being completely vulnerable with anyone, let alone a stranger you picked from the internet, is terrifying. The truth is you probably can’t know from what you read here. My hope is that you will connect with something you see in one of the profiles here and begin to feel excited about starting or returning to therapy.
