Maybe you’ve experienced trauma and wonder whether it’s affecting your mental health today. I’m here to help! Throughout our time together I will provide a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and empathetic space for you to feel safe and supported; I’m trained in EMDR therapy and certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique and I’ll adapt my approach to meet your individual needs and walk with you at your own pace.
