Headwaters Mental Health offers telehealth and in-person therapy for residents of New Hampshire and Maine, as well as outdoor, nature-based therapy in the White Mountain region of NH. My therapy approach is strengths-based and healing-centered, with specialization in EMDR, parts work, attachment-based, and somatic therapies. I offer a choice of formats to best suit your unique needs. Nature-based sessions foster grounding, mindfulness, resilience, confidence, and a deeper sense of safety. Telehealth provides a convenient, effective option for those with busy schedules, access barriers, or who prefer care from home. I will work with you to better understand past events and discover inner strengths so you can become an agent of change in your own life and foster greater emotional, cognitive, and relational wellbeing. We will collaborate to develop the nervous system capacity and resilience needed to overcome challenging situations and to more fully enjoy your life.
