Hello and welcome! Life presents it's challenges, but you don't have to go through it alone. If you are looking to address stress, anxiety/ depression, life transitions, or trauma, I can help. I am passionate about supporting others, I work primarily with teens and young adults. First-time therapy clients are welcomed. My approach is open-minded, person-centered, and focuses on empowering clients create balance in their lives.
